Order + Product Info
What forms of payment doe SBD accept?
Sun Beam Dreams accepts many forms of secure payment! These methods include Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and more.
SBD also offers Klarna and Shop Pay which allows you to pay in installments for purchases between $50 and $1000. Click here to read more about Shop Pay.
How do I make a purchase?
Once you find the items you would like to purchase, simply click the 'Add to Cart' button and your items will be moved to your cart for purchase. When you arrive at cart page, click 'Check Out' button at the bottom and proceed to provide your Name, Adress, and card info.
You can also checkout by using Apple Pay choosing PayPal or Shop Pay while viewing your cart.
Why is my card declining?
What currency is your store in?
Sun Beam Dreams is based inthe US so the default currency is shown in USD. However, you will prompted to shop in your local currency if you don't live in the US!
Can I get more information on a specific product?
I don't see the size I want for a particular product? Do you offer custom sizes?
SBD does its best to offer a variety of different sizes and features for each product. If you don't see a particular variant you would like available, send me a message via the chat box or an email at sunbeammerch@gmail.
Keep in mind that there are some sizes and variants that can't be accomodated.
If you are unsure, just send a message via the chatbox and I'll let you know if it's possible!
Who makes the artwork featured on each product?

These products ship to the US, UK, Canada, Italy, Asutralia, Germany, and New Zealand!

How long will it take my item(s) to get to me?
Sun Beam Dreams does it best to get your order out to you asap! Who doesn't want their dreamy new room decor right away?!
The timframe your order will arrive is based on where you live and what item(s) you purchased. Please keep in mind, too, that there are still delays due to Covid-19. The time your order takes to get to you is also determined by two factors:
1. Production Time
All Sun Beam Dreams products are made to order and uniquely made for you. This means that whenever you place on oder, your item has to be printed and
Most Sun Beam Dream products take anwhere from 2-7 days to be made, with most taking shorter times.
2. Transit Time
The transit/delivery time depends on what delivery method you choose at checkout.
US Standard: Up to 12 business days from ship date
Canada Standard: Up to 21 business days from ship date
International Standard: Up to 30 business days from ship date
Production time + Tranist time = Estimate Time of Arrival
Please keep in mind that these estimates indicate the longest times it could take your order to arrive to you. In most instances your package will get to you before these estimates.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs will vary based on each item, the quanitity of items you order, and the location to which they're being shipped.
The cost will also depend on what shipping method you choose at checkout.
Orders with overnight shipping will cost more than orders shipping with the standard delivery times. In general, the quicker you would like to recieve your items, the more the shipping will cost.
Will my order come in separate shipments?
Sun Beam Dreams does it best to package your items in one shipment, however your items may still arrive in separate shipments especially if they were purchased in different transactions.
Who does SBD ship with?
Depending on your location, your order will be shipped with USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL or a combination of both.
How do I track my order?
How do I check the status of my order?
If you have not recieved a tracking number, your items are still being made for you. Once you do recieve a tracking number, you'll be able to follow your package's transit journey.
Can I cancel my order?
I realized I entered the wrong address after completing my purchase. What should I do?
Please make sure you verify all of your information especially your address before you complete your purchase. Once you finalize your purchase, you will not be able to make amendments to your order.
My item arrived to me damaged. Can I return or exchange it?
Absoultely! Please send a zoomed out photo of the damaged item to sunbeammerch@gmail.com. Also include your name and order number. Once SBD recieves your info, you can choose bewteen a refund or a replacement.
Sun Beam Dreams does not offer exhanges.

My order never arrived. What should I do?
